For $179pp, indulge in a curated menu paired with exceptional Paisley Wines. Hosted by special guests Derek Fitzgerald, Paisley Winemaker & Owner, and Jonathan Molini, Sales Manager for Single Vineyard Sellers.

Paisley Wines is created through the Fitzgerald’s love affair with the Barossa.

Derek, Kirsten & their daughter reside among the 15 premium acres of Shiraz, Mataro & Fiano that grace their hilltop family estate in Angaston, forming the bedrock of their portfolio.

Generational 80-year-old Grenache & 40-year-old Shiraz from the southern Barossa & old vine Shiraz from the Barossa’s western ridge embody the Paisley Wine story of family & regions. Classic Cabernet Sauvignon from a neighbouring vineyard now expands the range, emerging varietals from expressive Tempranillo to Fiano will please the modern wine enthusiast.

Known for its vibrant label designs and paying homage to family, the Paisley Wines Fabric series celebrates the town of Paisley and Kirsten’s great-great grandfather’s journey from the Paisley in the Lowlands of Scotland to the City of Adelaide.

The Mixed by DJ Deadly Series and the Celtic Series are anything but traditional and reflect the couple’s approach to life. The premium Texture series comes from selected single vineyard sites growing exceptional Shiraz. These wines offer long term cellaring with generous rich, full-bodied flavours.
