Hedonist is just across from Sydney’s picturesque Collaroy Beach in a beautiful site refurbished in our hedonistic theme.
We also have several larger specialty tables for bigger group settings. Our core cuisine is Modern Australian, masterfully prepared by our Head Chef, Emanuele Pelonero and team who have significant Australian and international experience gained in some of the world’s best restaurants.
Our philosophy is to source the best local ingredients and to let these speak for themselves.

“ As the name implies ,what an absolute pleasure it was to dine at a restaurant that has top shelf food quality, taste and presentation coupled with great attentive friendly service and a surprisingly beautiful decor. Our group of six had a variety of dishes from prawn cocktail-a magical taste sensation, delicately cooked & seasoned squid to a richly flavoured seafood pasta and perfectly cooked steak. We could not fault the meals, experience, atmosphere and overall evening. No need to travel to the city now to experience 5 star food.
